Madrid, 16 January 2025 – Rovensa Group, a global leader in agricultural solutions for sustainable agriculture, has appointed Rafael Gómez as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
Rafael Gómez has over 25 years of experience in international human resources management and organizational development in various sectors. He has a proven track record in defining reliable strategies, leading multicultural HR teams, driving employee engagement, and implementing people-centric initiatives that promote growth and a positive workplace culture. Rafael will now lead Rovensa Group’s HR teams to create a supportive and dynamic work environment.
Rafael has a solid background of turning strategic vision into actionable plans, to improve employee satisfaction and organizational performance. He has spent half of his career in professional services and consultancy at Adecco and Deloitte, focusing on sales force effectiveness and post-merger integration programs from a human capital perspective. The other half has been spent in leadership roles in the agribusiness sector, notably as the Human Resources Director for Iberia at Syngenta, where he integrated multiple legal entities and sales forces. In the tech area, he served as Global Head of People and Culture at Accelya, contributing to the integration of seven companies across twenty-five countries.
Rafael holds dual degrees in Law and Business, a Global EMBA from ESADE, and a Master’s in Organization and Human Resources Management.
